AI & AUTOMATION
Start with the workflow, not the model.
Before adding AI, decide what useful work it should do and where a person should remain involved.

Define the task
Describe the workflow in ordinary language. What arrives, what should happen next, and what does a useful result look like? A clear task makes the choice of tools more grounded.
Map the information
Identify the sources the workflow needs and who is allowed to access them. Decide what information is relevant before connecting everything.
Keep review visible
Identify decisions that need a person. Make uncertain outputs and exceptions easy to inspect instead of hiding them in the background.
Agree how to evaluate
Use representative examples of the task. Decide what acceptable output looks like and review behaviour before expanding the scope.
